Linda Aldred is currently the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Texas Children’s Hospital responsible for maintaining and elevating a rich organizational culture, leadership development and new employee recruitment. Linda joined Texas Children’s in 1988 and has since helped grow the organization from less than 1,000 employees to the 14,000 it is today. She has led the development of a contemporary digital talent acquisition strategy, designed robust on-boarding teams and formalized the existing culture via four key values made actionable through a new culture website and robust launch strategies. Linda has a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Houston and a Master’s degree in Education from Colorado State University.
