DOMINIC J. RICOTTA, 53, was promoted to senior vice president – Human Resources effective Sept. 14, 2016, having been vice president and associate general counsel since 2010.

Since joining Apache in 1998, Ricotta has held positions of increasing responsibility in Apache’s legal department. Before joining Apache, he was a partner in the law firm of Holme Roberts & Owen LLP.

He earned his bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering and petroleum refining with high honors from the Colorado School of Mines and his juris doctor, cum laude, from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law.
