Hilary Ware is a senior global executive in human resources, information technology, government affairs, shared services, corporate social responsibility and corporate communications (internal and external). She has specific experience in large scale business change and transformation. A focused senior leader with a strong track record, she has experience in delivering business results through business transformation to improve processes, reduce costs and improve quality.

Hilary has strong board-level experience including the Compensation Committee, and has served as coach and business advisor to senior leadership teams and boards.
